Standard service does not include roof work, ladder-required removals, structural demolition, dismantling attached structures, or any removal that creates an unreasonable safety or property-damage risk.

Photo review is required for roof or garage-top items, balcony or ladder access, attached materials, demolition-type debris, sheds or decks, heavy specialty items, and any job near fragile building components.

- Asbestos-containing materials
- Medical waste or sharps
- Explosives or ammunition
- Large quantities of concrete/brick without prior arrangement
